I was born in France, raised in Burkina Faso, and moved to the United States as a child. That path shaped how I see work, identity, and opportunity. It taught me to pay attention to people, context, and the systems that help people do their best work.
I'm currently building my career in HR while studying the broader business behind it. I believe the best HR leaders understand more than employment law and policies. They understand finance, operations, strategy, and how every decision ultimately affects people.
This site is where I’m building a long-term record of that journey. I want a place to document what I’m learning, clarify how I think, and share reflections that may be useful to others navigating similar paths, while also evolving this site to fit my personal and career aspirations.
I'm at the beginning of my career, and I think that's worth documenting honestly. Instead of pretending to be an expert, I'd rather share what I'm learning as I grow. My hope is that years from now this website tells the story of a career built one lesson at a time.
Current focus
I'm currently part of Nestlé USA's Human Resources Development Program, where I'm building experience in manufacturing HR while developing a broader understanding of leadership, business, and organizational strategy.
